2008 - 2009 Pricing
| Steel Well |
$2000 |
| Wood Timbers |
$2700 |
| Vinyl Well |
$2500 |
| Landscape Blocks |
$3200 |
|
The above pricing is typical for a single wide, casement style window fully installed.
Some additional charges may apply when the foundation wall is made of "poured concrete" which is usually found in 15 year old houses or newer in certain cities.
Logistical issues, such as dirt removal from the property, and certain landscaping obstacles may also affect the pricing.
Custom features like an oversized window or an area well that is larger than required by code, or the use of specialty materials (cedar area wells, for example) may yet again change this pricing slightly, so feel free to
give me a call or email for a free estimate.

A La Carte Pricing
|
If you have a properly sized, dug and framed window well we can split the cost of the project. Likewise, if you can cut the foundation and install the window yourself and only need an area well dug and framed, we can work together. If you already have a proper window, I can discount that too. I used to say no question is too stupid, but I have moderated my views. Still, feel free to ask.
